Who we are
Formed in 2012, PHF Archaeology Ltd is an independent company offering a specialised range of non-invasive solutions to both the public and the private sector. The company consists of three directors; David Parker MA, Jack Hill BA, and Jack Frowde BA, CERT CII.
We have worked closely with architects, developers, council archaeologists, trusts, charities and national bodies. We have a proven record of delivering a professional service to the very highest of industry standards, whilst always remaining competitively priced.
Our commitment to providing a bespoke and local service, tailored uniquely to each client, sets us apart from the rest of the field.
David comes from a theoretical and research-led archaeological background; having completed an MA in Social Archaeology at the University of Southampton in 2012.
He has worked previously with English Heritage and the British Museum having co-authored a comprehensive guide for the Portable Antiquities Scheme.
Jack graduated with honours from the University of Southampton in 2011, having specialised in anthropology, osteology and geophysics.
Having prior experience as an architect's assistant, Jack has gained a good working knowledge of building surveying, technical drawings and 3D modelling.
Jack specialised in spatial and quantitative data analysis through the use of GIS whilst gaining his degree at the University of Southampton in 2011.
After completing his degree he qualified as an insurance broker through the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2013.
